In the event that the warranty service cannot be performed or the order cannot be completed due to the unavailability of the item or if the characteristics of the item do not match the characteristics given on the site, the customer has the right to request a full refund. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the money was transferred. The refund will be made based on the application. The company has one month to refund the money
